I'm at my University. There are beautiful women everywhere. I am about 10 years older than them. Is there any chance at all? Why can't I talk to any of them? What's wrong with me??

Attempt to purposefully crash the conversation to see what it's like to fail in attraction. Then attempt to learn from those mistakes and try to actually succeed in getting contact information. From there, attempt expanding your social network, and so on. Its just practice. Even if you were older, you would learn how to socially adjust. I have done it many times.
