Tell me, will I be able to go seven days without food? And will I lose weight?I’m a teenager and feel really self-conscious about my body shape. Will this help me?
>>34911783Starving yourself is a retarded idea. Start exercising if you want to lose weight.
>>34911783>can I please get an easy and fast way to lose weight????no you can't. Diet, exercise, lifestyle change. This is the ONLY way that you'll achieve that goal.Ozempic is a very expensive bandaid and people go right back to being fatasses once they get off it because they never changed their lifestyle
don't starve yourselfdo:>count calories>intermittent fasting>cardio
>>349117837 days wouldn't be enough
>>34911783You don't have to do anything else but you have to eat the eggs.
>>34911783Look, I'm pretty fat but even I know that's a very stupid and maybe even potentially dangerous way to lose weight in the short term (there's no way you can literally starve yourself in the long run without losing your sanity). Just lose weight like a normalfag.
You can totally go 7 days without eating and yes it burns fat. But it teaches your body to hold onto fat longer. Fasting is a better option.
>>34911783>Tell me, will I be able to go seven days without food? You won't actually die, if that's what you mean, but it's very bad for you.>And will I lose weight? In the short term, yes. But not in the way that you want to. More detail in a moment.>I’m a teenager and feel really self-conscious about my body shape. What are your gender, height, weight, and approximate build?>Will this help me?Absolutely not. If you go without eating for that length of time, you will probably lose a little under 2lb of fat. You will probably also lose a little more than 2lb of lean weight, meaning you will initially be burning up your muscles and, if you keep going, not just muscle but your liver, your kidneys, your heart, your gut, and eventually even your brain. You will also appear to have lost a few pounds more because there will be less water stored in your body. When you start to eat normally again, the water weight will come back on almost instantly. You will then be so ravenously hungry that you end up bingeing, and you will put on all of the fat that you lost very quickly, plus probably a little extra fat on top. But the muscle that you lost won't come back for a long time, if at all. Because you have lost muscle, not only will you look worse, but you will now be burning fewer calories per day than you were, meaning that it will be easier to gain weight and harder to lose it than it was before you started. In addition, your body will have started to do everything else it can to burn fewer calories, because it thinks you're starving; so, again, it will be much easier to gain weight for a while afterwards. On top of that, because you will be taking in no protein, no vitamins, and no minerals or electrolytes, you will be in the early stages of a number of deficiency diseases, feeling weak, sick and dizzy, your mood will be all over the place (but mostly depressed) and generally you will not be in a good state of health in all, in quite a number of ways.
>>34912125>You can totally go 7 days without eating and yes it burns fat.It burns 90% muscle and 10% fat. Your body will atrophy to death before you get lean
>>34911783You will most definitely lose weight if you stop eating for 7 days and unless you are severely underweight you will not die from it.This is the fastest method to losing weight, but it requires the most willpower.
>>34911783I have a better idea. Delete all social media forever and give your phone to your parents
>>34911783You won't lose a crazy amount, but you will lose it fairly fast. Once isn't enough either, you'll have to do it multiple times, while monitoring your electrolytes and staying hydrated. Then you have to be careful with refeeding syndrome by introducing and testing small meals for breaking the fast. You will gain water weight back when you break fast, but the fat loss is still significant. After the 3rd day, you'll probably stop feeling cravings.Muscle is actually mostly protected, and your body will primarily burn fat when it goes into ketosis. Muscles will also look skinnier, but they go back to similar size once you break the fast once they replenish water and glycogen.Sometimes the scale won't move, because the body holds on to water during a fast, which can be discouraging.Check your vitamins first. Listen to your body. It's very feasible, do your research and testing. Get a doctor to help you, etc. Just remember that a single 7-day fast won't help much. It's also easier to start with smaller fasts and increase to longer ones.
OP, please ignore this idiot: >>34914460 He is just trying to harm you.
>>34914682yes opie it'll convert fat into mustard gas, causing a combustion.
Like other anons said, it's dumb. But it's dumb because by day 3 you'll have brain fog bad enough that you can't focus on anything and strenuous physical activity will make you faint. Also when your body starts burning fat to keep itself alive, your breath and sweat starts smelling horrible. Look up keto breath. So not only are you trading weight loss at the expense of all other functions, chances are when you finally start eating, you'll binge and gain all those calories back.
