I'm in my first full-time job, which is physically demanding and comically time-consuming (12 to 13 hours a day in total, Monday through Friday). As I see it, it seems to be hard for the average worker to put up with this without resorting to some form of escapism, like doomscrolling, junk food, etc. Especially for me, since I've never a social life and I'm somewhat alienated from my family. You may ask, "Well, why not make friends with your coworkers?" I've been told that before, but, like in my previous (and short-lived) work experiences, the main topics everyone seems to talk about are gossip (which I find pathetic), sex (I'm a virgin), sportsball (I don't watch TV), or politics (I don't care about it). So I never seem to get along with anyone wherever I go. If it's relevant, I'm a depressed 23-year-old(/adv/ main demographic, I know).
>>34913134>politics (I don't care about it)but you have made choices that put you in one camp or the other. did you get the covid shot?hey at least you have potential people to talk to in your job. I don't.The only way out is trades, and that window is closing soon.
>>34913134You can’t. You know you’ll end up trapped in a frustrating job that will take up all your time, leaving you without a shred of soul, in a city you despise and in a society steeped exclusively in the fashions and consumerist culture fostered by capitalism. You have no choice but to grab a sniper rifle or a jerry can of petrol and take your revenge on the liberal order that has stripped you of any hint of that joie de vivre you treasured so much in your early youth. The capitalist system has destroyed the working class, and now is the time for revenge. Don’t even think of committing suicide without first setting fire to the very system that is systematically reducing people like you to the status of wageslaves.
