I am bored and video games don't cut it. I tried sharing YouTube gameplay videos and I got so much dopamine when I saw views going up but again because my videos were lame, I deleted the channel. The only solid YouTube channel idea I can manage to execute is to teach English to monolinguals in my native language.I see AI slop channels going viral, so my estimations are that if I sincerely put effort into it, my channel would go viral. Also, I would do the lessons without showing my face, so my anonymity is preserved. If I work on this YouTube channel entirely for leisure (receiving payments, getting channel monetized, and monetizing the thing overall is not possible or convenient, my region's pay is peanuts).Teaching a language is not easy so I will put a lot of effort in it. My question is, if I gamify the channel by "scoring" views and subscriptions and do it for fun and dopamine, will the effort be worth it or is this useless busywork?
If you dont want to put gameplays in the video, try putting memes, people will watch your videos more because they laugh and they learn at the same time. You can still put effort in the editing so it wont be the same as just putting a gameplay and talking.
