My parents are most likely going to break up but idk what to do. My mum had messaged me about it. Huge problem is that since im a diagnosed autistic, i really cannot handle change. Im 13, i know i should try get over it, but im mentally unstable and already spiraling violently due to severe social anxiety and agoraphobia. I think my parents breaking up will be the last straw.Second problem, my mum is likely going to give me and my sister to my dad, who is more than likely going to neglect us, or give us to our aunties that I don't properly trust. My dad never works and spends money on drugs, same as my mum. My mum is severely mentally unstable at the moment due to being in a manic state.
