Should I go into credit card debt to collect every lego speed champions set released since 2021?
I own one. They are not fun to build.
>>34929835I have the 300$ ferrari and other stuff similar. Its fun but save cash idk
What jobs do you fags have that you can seriously afford 300$ lego kits
I own:- big Pokemon set- DnD set- Rivendell- Lamborghini Sian- Discovery shuttle- Notre Damme - Peugeot electric supercar- Defender (the big one)- Mercedes "orange defender-like"- three buildings- at least 15 Speed Champions- Ferrari F40 Creator- Mustang Creator- Mattel Honda NSX- Cada Mazda racecar, Ferrari Pizda (kek)- a bunch of crap I haven't opened yetIt's definitely a rich people's hobby. If you're poor feel free to buy a small set here and there with your spare cash, but do not get caught in this "I want this and that and that and that and everything" madness. I also spent a few thousand euros on art, and DESU long-term I'm getting more enjoyment from that, but for that you need a taste and if you're asking the question that OP is asking then I assume that taste isn't exactly your strength.
What jobs do you retards have that afford you this? It has to be a job for social retards or the challenged and yet it pays this good? Lego knows this, too, many manchild industries know this, it’s like there’s a market for rich retards and not in a hyperbolic sense.
>>34931591Unfortunately, you need to be in the right place at the right time. For example, dude next to me earns literally 2x my salary and he does the exact same job. We're both in software.Long story short though, my entire life until 24 was study-study-study. Free time pretty much didn't exist as a concept, there was always something to study. Once I got the degree from a top-tier university, I did a shitty job for a short while just to get in the industry, and then I switched into a cozy "€120k do-nothing-remotely" position. Which is BTW its own type of hell and I'm trying to switch again, but I digress.I have a friend who went to America and he's earning $2,5 million a year. Bloody fucker. I would lie if I said my ass isn't clenching hard from envy. But I know that his brain works at 2x the speed of mine.On the other hand though, it's true that money doesn't bring happiness. Boomer shit like "friendship" and "love" feel much more rewarding.>manchild industrieshue-hue. Look, no need to be mean. I know that if you were me you'd also buy shitload of toys. The social contract never really functioned for me - I've always done my share of work, but never felt rewarded for it. I don't feel the need to volunteer anywhere, have kids for the sake of saving the civilization, or invent instant teleportation. I have enough resources to just do the fun stuff I want and if that seems childish to you that's totally cool - I invite you to write your opinion on a piece of paper, roll it into a nice tube, fold it over, give a good lick, and then shove it up your ass as deep as you can.
>>34931639I got fired from trader joe's Im 28, have a comp degree. How do I get a job like you, is it hard, is it fun or engaging?
>>34931643>How do I get a job like youThere's no fixed recipe, so I won't bother answering.>have a comp degreeSo does everyone and their mother. Use your head to analyze the market and see something that nobody sees that will be massively useful in near future. The time of "just finish udemy course bro and fuck bitches" is over and I have no reason to think of details myself.>is it hardNo, but my dick is.>is it fun or engagingThat's the devil part of the bargain. It is not fun and it is not engaging.
>>34931639Hilarious>softwareDamn, I picked the wrong field then. I was told to get a trade, and while the pay is reasonable it’s nowhere close to this. In comparison it’s like you are the 2.5 mil earner, and my knees hurt. In winters I work outside the entire shift and it gets extremely cold up here.I would never buy toys because I’m emotionally developed but at least you’re cool about it.
>>34931591Lego is something I pick up one or two sets a month over a period of years
>>34931639Dammit Anon, put some clothes on!And get that gynaecomastia checked out.
>>34932128That’s not gyno and it goes away in your 30s after exercise >>34932127If I made 200k a year CAD I would buy vintage Hugo Boss outfits as a guilty pleasure
>>34932136If i made 201k cad a year i'd buy whores
>>34932136I would increase the number of lego sets I buy to like ten a month if I made that muchLove me some lego
>>34932139Whores are for maligned people and poors. You could get a life companion (girlfriend) instead. My life would be perfect if I had that sort of money.
>>34932145Keep telling yourself that, midwit
>>34932145or more legos
>>34932189I’m not some retard manchild who plays Legos. If I made that sort of money all of my problems would be solved. Most problems you can throw money at, unless it has to do with emotional development issues. Money can’t fix retardation.I find it offensive that you make so much money while quite clearly having developmental problems
>>34932297>I’m not some retard manchild who plays Legosyeah, you're a retard manchild who doesn't play legosgtfo this awesome lego thread if you're a fag who doesn't even indulge in god's colorful building blocks of life
>>34932189Women can sense that you are an affront to nature>>34932310My kids play Legos I think the appeal for you is the collecting part anyway
