Tomorrow I have to go to the corporation main office in which I'll have to meet one specific person. In order to meet that person I need to pass administration desk and an access gate after. The question is: How exactly should I approach, greet and ask two female administrators (approximately 26 and 32 years old) about letting me in to talk to that person in a way that it would be quite difficult or morally uncomfortable for them to refuse my request? I have only one attempt, and if I am not able to meet that person It will result in further negative consequences for the corporation. I have an important information which must be passed in a four-eye conversation.

Problem being, I cannot just go up to the administrator and say "I have some sensitive information your company needs" — that would sound ridiculous and silly, even though it really is important.
