I know there probably aren't many people here who have had this experience, but if someone you were in love with has ever died, what was your moving on process like? Did you ever fall in love with someone again? This happened to me and I am in another relationship, and sometimes I feel guilty about it. Even though I know this is only a good thing for me, and my old lover is gone and I'm never getting them back

this is something you need to be speaking to a therapist about not violent misogynists on 4chan

well if you were in love and they loved you too, then they surely just wanted the best for you, for you to be happy again. i can only rationalise it that way because i havent had that experience but that would be my logic.
by gones are by gones, you can just cherish the memory and keep moving on OP, being thankful for the time you spent with that who died but dont dwell on it too long and even less, have guilt.
this just says things about you, that you have good morals and a good character, so do please move on and dont waste it and dont grow resentful.
