I fucking suck at keeping track on tasks and life stuff (dunno if its ADHD or some anxiety shit). Is there any tool that could be a life changer and bring be back from valley of despair....I am so tiered boss...:(
>>34963769Have you tried keeping to-do lists on your phone? That's what I do for everything
>>34963769Exercise a lot. It's no magic bullet, but I've noticed I can focus a little better after doing cardio and taking a cold shower.>any tool that could be a life changerApart from medication, start using a planner. Also, set reminders on your phone. That oughta help you keep track of tasks, at least. Sucks having a basically defective brain, but you've gotta play the cards your dealt. >valley of despairDon't ruminate on negative thoughts. I'm not gonna tell you to "love yourself" or some other gay shit, but dooming is just gonna set you back further. A man is what he thinks.
there is online tests for stuff to see if it makes sense to take an actual test, e.g. for adhd. >>34963776also this. i keep a list that is both on my phone and my pc and if there is any kind of chore, ill write it down immediately and go through it in the morning unless i have to go to work or something, and do that. so at least i get my chores done. there is still other stuff that i keep putting off though, i am just mentally occupied with other stuff, so i dont know, at least i do my chores regularly.
