How do I overcome? Don't tell me "iTs YeR pErsOnALitY" when I've had two separate interview coaches tell me my personality isn't the problem. If that were the case no one should have a job.
>no one should have a jobyeah youre in an employment crisis retard
I haven't been getting offers myself. I strongly suspect that it's my old job telling others not to hire me when I get a background check.I applied to Whole Foods, where I worked a year ago. I applied to another one in my city, and they wanted to interview me. I was very confident since I already had the job before, I told them everything and I still didn't get hired.I can only think of a few possibilities. Either the other Whole Foods I worked at told them not to hire me (I was a bit slow and they have a speed req), I messed up by saying that I go to college (some jobs don't want that), or they found people who they wanted more (I don't even know how, I worked the same damn gig).(Yeah, I know I posted it somewhere else, it just seems fitting to ask people here and I really need advice for getting a job.)
>>34964167Let me guess, computer science?
>>34964167If they don't hire you during the first interview you're cooked. 90% of the jobs I ever got were when can you start? Basically you are a faggot.
>>34964167Attack the interviewer. This way you will show dominance and you will make them respect you.
>>34964167>>34964226I have applied to over 100 jobs and not a single interview yet.
>>34964167Did you say out loud and in these exact words, "I really want this job"?

>>34966567Rookie numbers. I'm 700 in myself.
>>34964167Your first mistake was not being born rich. Your second was not already personally knowing the hiring manager. Hopefully you can correct these rookie oversights. Perhaps at that point you'll be worthy of a job that barely pays enough to live.
>>34967438Under maga 99% of the new jobs went to females. Here's a blackpill for you.
>>34964226>>34966567>>34967408Going to lie and say i have 1 years experience when i dont. I graduated a year ago. Havent landed shit. Whats the worst they say? No? Im already at my wits end. Everyday i regret this fucking degree i want to throw up.
>9 final round interviewsThat means 9 people out of everyone that handed in a resume for those 9 positions got jobs.
"Interview coaches"Nigga wtf.
I’m going to tell you all a huge secret to getting a job, and I mean a desk job with air conditioning and weekends off.Tell them you’re married with kids.Employers, especially the women doing the hiring, will see you as attractive. They will see you as a man with plans. You will get benefits such as a higher pay. You will get priority vacation days. You won’t be bothered on your days off. You will get to leave early because they think you’re helping your kids. You will get holidays off for your kids that don’t even exist.>You’re young and single! You can’t complain! You can cover for Stacy! You don’t have a family to take care of!You do now if you pretend.>Job interview>”Tell us a little about yourself”>Well, I’m a husband with a great wife and a father of two kids…>”What kind of kids?”>Oh, I have two beautiful little daughters. One is nine, and the other just turned three…>“That’s so precious, Anon! :)”>Get hired. But, let’s say you get caught lying about being married and they try to terminate you for it. You can sue in certain states for discrimination because they hired you based on marital status in the first place. Now you have proof especially if you get it in writing, recording, or text.Screencap this.
The jobs are either fake or intentionally obtuse so they can either find an elusive 10x, or say "we can't find eligible candidates, we're sending the job to India".
>>34964167>9 roundsFor the same job? This sounds like theyre too timid to turn you down so theyre going to keep interviewing you forever until you say you're not interested.
>>34964167I'll let you on a little secretcocaine is the right tool for those short, high stakes moments where you need to display confidence and brainsbtw, your competition is using it
>>34964167Find blackmail of the person who can give you a job and blackmail him into giving you the job.
