How do I structure my life so as to stop myself from frequently searching the social media accounts of this girl I fell for and her girlfriend out of habit? In light of just having been unfriended by the latter on Facebook, I've concluded that at this point anything new I come across pertaining to either of them, when there's anything at all since they've already scaled down their online presence for some time now, only makes me hurt when:

- I've essentially been doing fine with my friends, postgrad, and hobbies;
- Everywhere I look there are always attractive faces to see; and
- I know how to make myself cum real good anyway.

At this point the searching is the only distraction I have from having a life that's pretty decent. I'm well aware that the girl I fell for isn't the same as who she's become now, that the lives of the three of us have diverged since graduating college, and I now have a better idea of what makes for a healthy relationship anyway.
