After graduating from HS in 2016 my life basically devolved into staying in my room 24/7. I don't even have any friends.
I feel stuck. I keep making the same mistakes, the same behaviors, etc.
For example, I have been hoarding books and I am not reading any of them.
I also stopped playing video games.
I can't start or maintain a conversation. I stay silent and people always prompt me to just "say something already!"
I feel like my energy atrophied and I lost all my vigor. My life has been shrunk to a narrow, silly vicious circle of unproductive behaviors.
I am now 26. What can I do to become a normie?

do you work? workplaces are a really good way to practice being social, for the most part.
>>
Where are you from that you finished at 16? Have you ever had a job? Your parents honestly just need to force you to work or kick you out. They have pampered you for too long.

the same, but I'm younger than you (19).
>I keep making the same mistakes, the same behaviors, etc.
then force that behavior to change. don't expect that you will change by living the same life, you need to hardly brake the cycle, and have no point of return; burn the ships, that is maybe impossible. But before that you should change your mental state, because of it you keep the same behavior, but you should enforce that mental state with a physical environment, otherwise no matter what you do or how high you climb, one moment your will would loosen and you will fall to the bottom, even lower that where you started the first time.

Myself, I tried many times, when I was 14 I become highly productive, doing most of the habits that I thought were "right", but then a moment that evoked that bad mental state and I snapped back to who I was, then again when I was 15, then 16, then 17, after that I understood the problem and I stopped trying until I can fathom the solution, because anymore failure and I would just completely give up.

I have a notebook from the first days recording my thoughts on this journey, I mainly wrote when I was at the verge of retrying, so I always included the date, why I think I failed, and what I think the solution is, and it is always that I was "weak" and I'm the problem, and the solution is to become "strong" and change my self. Though I wasn't 100% right, because my mental state was always wrong; by mental state I mean how your mind perceives inputs and the process of returning them into outputs.

I found that most of my downfalls were after a negative moment where I just give up to the negative emotions and try to wash them with some "cheap sweets". Then after some research I found that I might have vulnerable narcissism; because of childhood negative moments, feeling of insecurity, and my sensitive self, I created the hobby of escaping that with those cheap sweets and creating this shy imaginative grandiose Ego, that blinds me from reality.

To change your self, and your mental state, you need not initiate war on it, that will cause a natural self defense reaction, but you should treat it as a sick patient, and slowly change your mind state by retraining it to output positively.

Don't ask me how that's done, I'm still in this cycle, but I used to think of going alone in a new environment (innawoods?) and trying to correct myself and learn who I really was outside of what this sick world had made me be (yes I put most of the blame on my environment, they're all insane people, and I was the only sane that reacted to that negativity negatively, while that's their native environment). I think this is the only real solution.

Maybe find you some sort of job where you need to move a lot and experience many things, or just move somewhere better. idk, but you should change your physical & mental environment, that's the key. I used to have a plan of gathering a big amount of money from my reselling business then leaving the house and trying to create a new life out of nothing, like I would be a vagabond then somehow find somewhere to live, maybe today I would go less extreme, but only hard things can move you from this cycle.

I'd like to hear more about your experience and ideas, because most retards online will think you're just lazy and love this loser life, while in reality most of us would rather find a way out, but no one will ever consider helping us, they would rather react negatively which would only reinforce this cycle.
