>55kg, M
Just hit 30.
I've been trying to take better care of my health for the past year but never stick to it. Would appreciate some advice.

I tried all kinds of exercise/sports stuff but never kept at it for more than a month. I just don't enjoy it, so if I'm tired after work I end up skipping..

Tried a lot of stuff. Lifting, running, cycling, swimming.
Running I used to like (was in track in HS) but the air pollution has gotten way worse in my city, it's just hazardous to be out now.
Cycling (indoor) I stuck to the longest but it's just so fucking boring.
Lifting I tried to force myself to do it bc I know strength is necessary but I honestly just don't like it.

>Motivation
I guess I just want to be healthier, kinda. It's a weak motivation. It's more like I want to avoid future health issues however nebulous that seems.
>Discipline
I haven't been very disciplined at all. I tried and making it a habit by forcing myself into the gym every day for a month to do something but honestly it never stuck

The gap between no exercise and minimal exercise is enormous and far greater than the gap between minimal exercise and maximum exercise.

Put another way, ANY exercise, however half-assed, is better than none.

Get off a bus one stop short of yours and walk. At lunch break walk to the end of the parking lot and back. Climb a flight of stairs instead of using the elevator.

Its all diet u gotta lie in fields more to crave citrus or u get snickers. Thems the breaks.

55kg? Do you have stage 4 cancer wtf?
I'm exactly twice that weight with visible abs. I used to be quite small and then I started a leg and back dominant workout regimen. The gains are addictive, the post workout high is addictive. Squat, Bench, Deadlift, concentrate on those and your body will change quickly if you sleep and eat enough.

Sounds like you know you need to improve your health but I understand the struggle. I am nearly 40 and trying to stay on top of my fitness since I know it will be more important the older I get. I encourage you to keep trying different activities until you find something you like. Have you done much swimming, martial arts, yoga? Congrats on not being fat, that's an accomplishment at our age, but do you have a good diet with a healthy amount of meat and veggies? Food is the fuel we need to build muscle and keep our brains healthy as well.

Get a treadmill (or a stationary bike) and walk/jog on it while you watch shows/tv ;). Do that twice or more a week.

55kg is okay and you'll be okay as long as you're not eating a calorie surplus for a prolonged period. Fatties and people who have wrecked themselves consistently eat garbage and on a regular if not impulsive basis.

I've got a question. Recently I've invested in some dental floss things in addition to a new toothpaste. Ever since I've been using them, I've had massive headaches, so much so that I called out of work for the 2nd day in a row. I next to never floss, so every time I do there is a fair amount of blood. I figure that this is the case and this is probably what I am getting a headache from, but if I keep it up every day, are the headaches going to stop or is this gum disease at this point?

Eat nigga, EAT! You're severely underweight unless you're an extreme turbomanlet. Before you even think about sports, you need to get to a normal weight so you have a base of which to build muscle.
As is, yourbody is not recieving enough nutrients to simply maintain, how do you imagine it shoudl grow?

how many steps do you already get in a day you might not need to exercize so much
try stretching its easy and might help recovery
look into longevity world cup and rejuvenation olympics and copy the ones you find reasonable.
look into people that live long and copy their stuff and recommendations.
stop getting the seasonal flu/cold
