I’m 26 just got my CDL, don’t really have a “life” no friends no girlfriends nothing like that.

Every now and then I get a real strong urge to join the military and it’s not even for the money it’s more the “experience” and pushing myself physically which attracts me. I’ve had this since I was like 18 and I take it serious for a month and then say nah and push it to the back of mind again.

How do I know what to do? Because it’s a pretty big commitment and like I said I’m 26 not 18 so

You look for a purpose in life. You wont find it there.

yeah
100 years ago or so when in return you would be given a house, a tight virgin wife who gives you 3+ kids maybe
but nowadays you go to military to defend the zogbot gay status quo of endless subhuman import and monetary inflation

Maybe look deeper at it.
Thinking about something is not a rewarding activity, and neither is talking about something.
Explore the idea. Really look. Take the ASVAB (or your country's equivalent), the military aptitude test. There's no obligation but it will VERY accurately tell you what you're good at, what you'll enjoy doing, and what the military will be willing to do for you.
Fwiw, I qualified for nuke school, navy nuclear engineering training, but the test showed I would enjoy Seabee work more, which is true. I own a woodworking company today.

I was a cadet and that shit made me realise I never wanted to join the army.
