22M no friends at all, never been in relationship. My life is just work, sleep and aimless scrolling. I have no idea how to escape this lifestyle and meet people. It seems for most of the things you already need friends. Most of my conversations don’t lead anywhere and I have trouble figuring out what to talk about. Any suggestions?

Meet your neighbors, your classmates, your workmates, your church members. Join a club, join a team, join a gym. Do volunteer work. Go to events (concerts, films, sports) or places (museums, parks) that interest you, since most people there are also attracted to them. Don't worry about things to chat about. Each of the things I've listed comes with automatic chat topics (what you're both there for).
