the job I have right now is nice and I usually spend most of the time reading books. but there's not really opportunity for growth, and I have a degree in engineering but this job is just an operator job. so I'm somewhat underemployed. not sure if I care to advance in career or not

I think that generally, young person should not stay stuck in comfortable job, but should apply themself a bit.
