21, no friends, kissless handholdless hugless virgin, not many options to find friends since im busy most evenings, felt like i missed out and want to expirience college to meet new people, the problem is i will have a bachelors degree at age 25 most likely in some bullshit, at least its free in my country

You're 21, don't think it's the end of the world.
Just try to get into a degree that will have some way of actually being of use to you, in a financial sense and in a way that you can use the knowledge and new skills for something you intrinsically care about.

And you find friends by just talking to lots of people.
Use rational reasons to get to know them and then see who you get along with.
Eg. ask someone if they want to study together with you.
If you see someone that looks alright, just ask, theres not much personal about rejecting such an offer, its not too cringe so don't be too afraid.
Or go volunteer(best somewhere associated with your college), you meet all sorts of people there and the people there are usually a bit more mature so you'll probably grow as a person just by exposure to them.
And if someone approaches you, don't wait and use the opportunity.

College is a lot about making friends, it's near impossible without at least one person by your side.
Just remember that theres probably someone very similar to you whom you'd get along with, you just need to find them.
