Why am i so lazy?
>>34999083You have to work, money gets you freedom. My goal is to have a cheap apartment, and pay it off and I am free. I'm lucky I live with my parents. I played the game, went to college got a career. But I only had a one year contract which ended, can't get a job, in my area and I need to now relocate to get a job. I don't have the money so I have signed up to work in an amazon warehouse over christmas starting in nov.
>>34999083commit a crime and go to prison instead. free food and room
>>34999228>commit a crime and go to prison instead. free food and roomNta, I thought most prisons in the u.s weren't that well and they needed better funding. Maybe anon should take care of the elderly or marry a rich woman he'll be the sugar baby.
>>34999083Nobody in their right mind wants to work, that's why they pay you to do it. I only work because being broke is way worse.
>>34999083If there is nothing to chase and nothing to run from. What do you do. Nothing, and when running, the first steps are always the hardest because you have to motivate yourself to get going. If your life is like, start, stop, start, stop and so on with you limping through everything because you only walk far enough to not be homeless.Of course you will hate it because you have to push through every step.Your only options are: Run from something, chase something or continue this cycle of monotony.
>>34999169>money gets you freedomthisas someone who began to start enjoying solo travellingmoney by itself, gives you a lot of opportunities and freedomas for OP, you can rephrase this "being competent gives you freedom"but alas i'm still working on not being a lazy bum
>>34999980This desu. I wish I could be a rich neet like those spoiled rich people. They take being rich for granted.
>>34999083Get someone else to do the work for you. Start a company and pay based on performance.

>>34999228Even if you're a total lazy hermit you'll miss vidya and anime and 4chan so much in there. Trust me I know.
>>34999083Everyone else is wrong. Money doesn't get you freedom. Being ridiculously rich does. There's no point in working anymore cos all it does is give you a life where most of your money is taken by taxes and expenses. You're not lazy, you just know there's no pay off for effort.Remember, decades ago a guy could work as a postman and raise a family and buy a house. Now 2 people working full time can barely get by.
>>34999228>>34999083Even taking an objective view of it, prison is definitely not a place I'd recommend unless you were in someplace like Norway. If you live in the United States they take a punitive view of punishment and redemption, so your experience in prison will involve:Shitty medical care. People die all the time because the doctors do not give a fuck and know that you have no rights.Your bed is shitty.Your food is processed garbage, lowest cost crap the government got at auction, carb heavy. At least on the outside you can just buy whatever food you want, even if it is unhealthy, or you can buy steaks or a salad or something. In prison it's the cafeteria food, which isn't even enough to keep you alive. or commissary, You'll be lucky if you have AC.You have zero privacy. You will share your life, your living space, and world with people whose average IQ is an entire standard deviation lower than the general population, so the average person in prison is like, 30-40 percent more retarded than the average person. You also have to deal with prison gang bullshit, which is the dumbest, most retarded social hierarchy on earth. That it is allowed to exist in it's current form is a reminder how bad the US justice system is.You have no access to computers or entertainment in the way you do now. Your entertainment will come from a television in a common area, and the idiots you live with will have to agree what to watch. If you are lucky, you will have a music player and a limited access to books, which are also censored. The idea that jail is a freeloader's paradise is laughable.
