Yeah i guess the reason i cannot attract women is because i mask nothing about myself. I never pretend to be anything else than who i am. It was instilled into me as a kid that lying and arrogance are the root of all evil. So i never ever lie, or pretend, or posture, or brag. I always stay humble, never talk about people behind their backs, etc. But this is not seen as attractive by people. Various times i have told acquaintances that i will not stay a part of the conversation after they started badmouthing a shared acquaintance behind their backs, and you get very venomous looks from people when you indirectly call them out for being mean. As if me not wanting to badmouth someone makes me a self righteous prick, same mentality as "we are all robbing this guy, if you dont want you then you are a self righteous asshole".

However, i do acknowledge that just lying and pretending to be someone you're not is probably one of the best ways to get women. I have a buddy who is by all metrics a complete fuckup loser. He lives and sleeps on a more successful friend's couch, he is 25 years old yet still a freshman at uni unable to pass calc1, has no hobbies except for watching ragebait content about streamers and shit. His diet is fast food and starbucks. Yet he gets women very easily. I am his friend because despite all this he is a proper lad, will not break his word, and is puunctual when we arrange to hang out. He has told me multiple times how he gets women: he goes to a house party, usually uninvited, with a completely fabricated persona in his head. And he just lies. Nothing he says to any woman at the party is true. He pretends to be a final year med student working at a hospital, or a rich trust fund kid etc. He lies about being an amateur MMA fighter etc etc. He acts like the most narcissistic disgusting guy you can think of... And every single time without fail he has sex with a woman the same night.

Honestly why waste your time? I did exactly this back in 2020 and I got my first gf but then she tried to kill me and the whole thing soured into bitter resentment and I'm still not over it.
