hello. all through highschool i was 115 pounds through disordered eating. not quite anorexia because it wasnt compulsive but i came close. then i started taking an antipsychotic that made me literally huge and i got to 161. ive decided to do no food days every other day and when i do eat its two Naked smoothies so i top at 500 calories. ive lost 8 pounds in a week and i genuinely couldnt be happier and im going to keep going for a least a month idk we'll see. however, i have this fat friend whos like 200 and shes been getting really irritated with me because im losing weight and sizing down. everytime she sees my stomach or we go shopping shes been getting really passive aggressive. genuinely how do i tell her "you just dont want it enough or you would do what im doing" like i swear i cant stand fat people. if you feel like shit do something about it other than sitting and sulking. i could not live with myself if i was huge so i took action and got off the med and restricted my eating. i see them as lazy and disgusting. its even worse when theyre like "no guys want me" which she says all the time. like bitch its because YOURE NOT ATTRACTIVEEEEEEEEE WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAYYYYYY LIKE HOLY SHIT. i dont want to hate fat people but if its not a medical issue like thyroid or something you just have no willpower like ew i cant stand it. its also not healthy that i want to be skinny this badly but whatever thats not the point.
>>35003943500 calories every two days will kill you within three months. I am not exaggerating. Stop trying to impose your eating disorder on other people.
>>35003951im literally not imposing anything. if they wanna lose weight by working out thats fucking fine and what they should do. its the doing nothing and being mad when someone else does. im not anorexic either its a means to an end i dont wanna weigh 5 pounds i wanna get to 125. which i made clear in the post
>>35003987You're gonna get diabetes. Tell your overweight friend to get on ozempics and or fast every other day.
>>35003943Im 350. I used to almost laugh at my 600 pounds people, but I got spinal arthritis and and am on disability and I balooned.Cascade failure into fatmaxxing is pretty easy sadly. Atm all I can do is give my car keys to my family and only order weighloss shakes and not leave the house
>>35003943200 is not fat. It is literally the average weight for a man. You are literally 160 and you are trying to lose weight, you are underweight. You have severe OCD or some compulsive bs that is making you do this, this is not normal.
>>35003987If you try to survive on an average of 250kcal a day YOU WILL DIE, and you will probably die long before you get down to a healthy weight. It is not biologically possible to lose more than about 2lb of fat in a week. Any weight you lose above that will be lean tissue - your muscles and internal organs. You will die from organ failure or a heart attack before you get your body fat down to a healthy level. Along the way you will experience worse depression than you can possibly imagine. Please don't try to fool us or yourself into thinking that you don't have a serious eating disorder: you do, and it's going to kill you. Your behaviour is not admirable, it is suicidal.
>>35004556they're (supposedly) women. 160 is pretty high if you're a short woman. still, she definitely does have an eating disorder and should be eating slightly smaller amounts of actual normal food instead of living off of 1 smoothie a day.
>>35003943Don't lie to yourself. You ARE anorexic, with the same body dysmorphia regarding yourself and others
>>35003943>how to stop hatingthat's the neat part, you don'tfat shaming needs to come back
>>35005025170 is the average weight for a women, 160 is not high even for a women its still underweight and wanting to be 120 is absolute lunacy.
>>35005405The average woman is 5'4". Unless they're particularly muscular, they will be chubby if they weigh 170 or 160. 170 is approximately the weight of a healthy 5'7" man. And weighing 120 lbs isn't really unhealthy if you're 5'4" and are eating properly. This once again doesn't change the fact that OP clearly has an eating disorder and needs to eat something, the fact that she's eating 500 calories every 2 days is the problem, not her target weight.
