Spend some time figuring out the finer points of acquiring drugs on the dark web. Possibly grow your own mushrooms and maybe weed as well. Then get yourself on all the dating apps advertising yourself as looking primarily for someone to get high with. Go on lots of first dates. Don't put out. After the first date, "decide" you don't want to see him again, but tell him that if he or any of his friends ever need anything to get high on, they should feel free to ask you to get it for them. You can probably also meet some people to sell to at gigs, music festivals, raves, etc. And ask your weed dealer if he's interested in selling the mushrooms you grow.
