We cross paths sometimes on campus and when that happens I notice she looks straight into my eyes, maybe that doesn't mean anything, but I feel like she might be into me as well? Anyway, outside of those eventual walks and stares I never see her, don't know much about her other than the fact that she's majoring in electrical engineering. Is there even a way to approach her without it being strange/creepy? I never approached a girl like that, but with this one I really wanted to try, just have no idea how. Any tips, ideas?

Just approach her and say you think she looks cute. Watch videos of people doing this irl that way you'll know what to do and what not to do. You'll actually learn something doing that as opposed to asking the incels of/adv/.

But imagine if she rejects me, it would be too humiliating when we cross paths again, I'd feel too ashamed.

A rejection really isn't that bad if a girl is gonna be nice about it. Most girls don't want to cause a scene. Her looking at you is what they call a "choosing signal" (that means she's showing she likes you).

If that doesn't motivate you think about it like this; rejection might hurt but what hurts even more is if your still a virgin in 10 years and you keep thinking about that girl and, what if?...
>>
>>35013515
So I just stop her and say "Hey, I couldn't help noticing we bump into each other sometimes, can I have your instagram/number?". Is this fine or is it too straightforward? Is it too wordy? Should I keep it short?
>>
>>35013539
That's maybe a little straight forward but basically what you should do. I'd give her a compliment, say something nice about her outfit. Really thought you should watch YouTubes who do this stuff. Coach Kyle has some good shit.
>>
>>35013545
I'll watch those. Also, how do I know if her stares are really a sign of interest? The way she stares at me sometimes is pretty intense, like she doesn't even try to hide or be subtle, I respond to them by also looking at her but I become shy and avoid my look after a few seconds.

>majoring in electrical engineering
wow, I do too!

But don't approach the girl, anon

>The way she stares at me sometimes is pretty intense, like she doesn't even try to hide or be subtle,
It sounds like she's totally interested in you. You definitely gotta say something next time, you see her.
>>
>>35013545
Do you think giving her a note with my name and number instead of asking her directly would be strange? I just don't know if I could approach a girl by talking to her directly, it would be easier if I just gave her a note and waited for her response idk, a girl did this to me once and I thought it was cute, but maybe a guy doing that might come across as creepy or autistic.
>>
>>35013579
Why not?
>>
Now that I think about it I should've given her more signs that I'm also interested in her. All I did was avoid her stares and act like I don't care, maybe she thinks I'm not interested in her.

>Do you think giving her a note with my name and number instead of asking her directly would be strange
That would be very strange. You have to show some degree of confidence here, even if you don't feel very confident. If anything you should try cold approaching other girls as a low stakes warm up. Off campus of course. The mall a park or something.
>>
>other than the fact that she's majoring in electrical engineering
how do you know this? Also:
wow what a coincidence you an EE major too!, or a civil engineering major specializing in circuits! (that's just 1 option to start the conversation and probably not the best one, definitely nowhere near the worst though)

Sells courses and makes clickbait videos aimed at teenegers. Lol. Do not watch.
>>35013585
Do not give a note unless you know for certain she's the type of person who would like that which you have 0 evidence of
>>
What you're gonna want to try here, OP, is fully dunking your entire body in hot lava

make sure to be effay while doing it!
see my advice in >>35013903, she's an EE major too btw!

He gives so much information for free and you can see his advice working in his cold approaches.
>>

>how do you know this?
I found her name by chance once, then googling it showed an article with her pic that says she won a prize for some undergrad research project she did and that she was majoring in electrical engineering. I'm not an engineer myself, I'm a mathematician.

"Hey you're pretty cute, are you single?"
If yes, ask if she wants lunch or a coffee, if no then say "Ah that's a shame, let me know if ever get an identical twin."
She can then joke about being the twin later on if she ever becomes single again, but also that gives you the out to never be akward with her if she ever spots you.
You're atleast more funny than creepy at that point.
>>
>>35015513
You actually tried that yourself? You must be really confident to say that to a girl you don't even know, dang.
>>
>>35013507
>But imagine if she rejects me
it's because you have a weak ego & cells. you need to level them up so that you don't care about rejection or awkwardness.

you need to start nofap/semen-retention then. and eating proteins & cholestherol to create androgen receptors for testosterone to bind to. once your anxiety turns into courage, you won't care if some random girl rejected you. you'll be too masculine to care. your physiology is incredibly advanced.

Notice something about her and ask or mention about it.
"You are wearing a necklace!" or something like that. Make sure you sound interested in it.

Then gauge her reaction to see if she wants to talk to you more or doesn't care you exist.

Having a conversation of any sort with a girl before asking her for her number or making overtly obvious flirting attempts will help you avoid a lot of embarrassment with rejection.

Some more examples of things you say:
-"What stone is in your [jewelry]?"
-Asking about a pattern or graphic on her shirt/jacket.
-I first talked to my first gf by counting the number of people in the room with the same brand of shoes as her, and then telling her that information.
-Does she have any accessories on her back pack? Plushies or whatever.
-If you're at an event you can talk to her about the event.
