I'll go to the point. I can't deal with failing, and everytime I do I blame others or feel to kill myself. How I can fix this, help please?

Remember you are human and you make mistakes.

What if I don't like the human I am?

Accept accountability and grow as a person.

Tough shit, it is you.

How?

Hm, yeah

There IS a difference in meaning between "You didn't do that task well" and "You are a worthless human being."

Lava is the answer. Full body lava immersion.

Whatever you did that was harmful, accept the consequences, admit it to them, make it right, put it back

Realize making mistakes or failing in (some) pursuits is inevitable and the alternative is not doing anything/not leaving your comfort zone. Realize that once a mistake is made or something is failed, the best possible outcome is learning from the experience, which you make impossible if you do not take accountability for your role in it failing.

A lot of people at least go through a phase of not liking themselves much. But you cannot grow from self-hatred. Picture a parent and a child: yes the parent should advise the child, tell them sometimes to stop or make them reflect on their behavior. But they can only do so within a relationship where there is trust and love. The child will only be able to take criticism constructively if they believe they are still ultimately loved overall. A loveless parent shitting over their child all the time will result in resentment, the child internalizing the hatred to become self-destructive, and at best an outwardly successful lifestyle to please the parent with a lot of dysfunction and issues lurker deeper.

It is no different for your relationship with yourself. You cannot nurture yourself and make yourself grow if you keep hating your very being or questioning your own right to be alive as a flawed person. Even if you are "right" not to be impressed by yourself, it is still a dead end that will never give positive results.

Simple: continue like you do until you become a complete failure. Without anyone left who will miss you, the only person who you'll be able to blame is yourself

Good luck trying to change after 20+ years of self-hatred and feeling subhuman

>blame others
You can start by eating your own shit.

Stick to simple tasks where you won't fail, or pay someone to do them for you.

If I fail, so what?
I put in as much effort as I could or thought was necessary at the time. And that effort wasnt enough or I made a mistake I couldn't have known about at the time.
What more do you want from me, right?
You can do nothing wrong and still lose. You shouldn't blame yourself for things outside of your control.
Even if I end up in a ditch one day, as long as I did everything I could I wouldn't regret it. Because what do I have to regret, the world? I never made the world this way. Being born? I never asked to be born.
TLDR: Nothing is ever your fault and even if it is, it's the worlds fault for making you this way or for not giving you enough opportunities.

Not OP, I can see this being true but the thing is that it would apply to everyone that's ever lived and ever been born. You wouldn't be able to blame anyone for anything if nothing is ever anyone's fault. I'm not saying that's wrong but it's a pill that's too hard for the vast majority of people to swallow.
>>

Are you looking for work?

I believe people are products of their environment. Believing that nothing is ever someone's fault conflicts with the idea that some people are evil or whatever. The way that I see it is that whatever outcome that is most likely to benefit the majority of people is the "good" option.
Someone kills one or more people?
Then lock them up or kill them to stop them from killing more people.
The distinction is, you killed that person and you are going to jail, but it isn't your fault that you killed that person it's just the way your wired.
