Find websites/apps where the point is to talk with strangers, then look for the girls you like from an accessible area/place you want to move and bombard them with "Hey" until one of them answers. Have some basic convo starters/questions to feel out the vibe. Contrary to a lot of advice, don't make tailored introductions to each girl, as the chance they even answer you back is like 1 in 15.
