I fucked up pretty badly in the past.

I shared nude pics of my gf online. Looking back, it was a shitty thing to do and a massive violation of her privacy. No excuses.

I've regretted it for a while now, and I want to do whatever I realistically can to limit the damage and get the pictures taken down wherever they're still accessible.

The problem is that I don't know how far they've spread, which sites or archives might still have them, or where to even start.

I'm not posting this to get sympathy or to justify what I did. I want practical advice:

- What's the best way to request removals from sites hosting the images?

- Are there services or organizations that help get non-consensual intimate images taken down?

- How do I deal with search engine results, mirrors, and reuploads?

- Is there anything else I can do to reduce the chance of them resurfacing?

I understand that I can't undo what I did, and that there may be consequences. I'm trying to take responsibility and do what I can now.

Has anyone dealt with something similar, either personally or helping someone get this kind of content removed? What actually works?

No, it's just there are people whose job it is to remove underage images from the Internet. Could have sent OP to them.
