I fucked up big time. I drunkenly told my coworker, which also happens to be my boss, that I had feelings for her and have had for a while. She knows my girlfriend. I didn’t even want anything to happen since I love my girlfriend and don’t plan on leaving her I genuinely don’t know why the fuck I did it. I called her the next day to apologize and she seemed to take it well but at work she’s all avoidant and cold whereas she never was like that before. I gotta find a new job, right?
Obviously yes.
>>35023793But what if things go back to normal? I enjoy working here
>>35023864She'll never actually forget that incident and is extremely likely to gossip about it. I feel like that's obvious. What advice do you really need here?
>>35023869I suppose I was looking for similar experiences where someone has confessed feelings for another person in a less than ideal way. To feel less like a fuckup, you know?
>>35023890Yeah. Idk I'm an unc I guess but this sort of thing really just seems like a young person type of mistake. Is the boss lady into you? Is she hot?
>>35023898She is to me obviously, but it’s unironically her personality which made me like her. I don’t know. I did ask her but she sort of didn’t answer. Im fucking mad at myself for ruining the only female friendship Ive had.
>>35023911Lol "female friendship"Not a thing. As evidenced by the fact you wanted to fuck her. She was never your friend and female/male "friendships" are a larp where one party wants to fuck the shit out of the other one.
>>35023911So your girlfriend is not and was never your friend, and your girlfriend's personality is so bad you took solace in someone else being platonically nice towards you. You also love your girlfriend for whatever reason and do not plan to leave her. So I guess you want to cheat? Or you just want the feeling to stop so a firm rejection is what you're after? Or you want to see if monkey-branching is the better option.
>>35024206Can't a man love two women at the same time? I'd never cheat, ever. I just want to stop feeling all this guilt.
