How do I stop worrying about my height? I'm between 5'10 - 5'11.5 (Results were between these depending) I haven't measured myself properly since I was like 19 almost 4 years ago because Im afraid of it being a number I don't like. I am constantly upset when I see men taller then me, it creates an deep anxiety. Women my height or taller then me while uncommon also upsets me. How can I cope? How can I stop worrying about this?

They usually started puberty at a normal age too, unlike precocious puberty looking tall asses, and therefore tend to be healthier.
