How can I make myself focus on things that require my attention "now"? I need to look for a job but I also need to study and learn new things to be able to look for a job. Instead, I spend all of my time playing video games and sometimes doing other stuff. Don't get me wrong, I love doing what I'm doing right now and I don't see them as pointless and waste of time but at the end of the day I got to focus on other things to be self sufficient and earn money so I can spend that money to do the stuff I love.I think my problem is that the stuff that I'm doing right now is as important to me as finding a job, more important even. I love art and I love "wasting" my time to experience them. I want my life to be full of art and the things I see as art. And like that is the problem, since they are more important to me than being self sufficient and earn money, at least now. Since I've got my parents' money and house to last forever, I'm in comfort to do the stuff I love but also I'm not always at liberty to spend that parents' money all the time and that's why I want to be self sufficient and spend "my" money.I don't know what to do to break out of my comfort zone. What would you suggest?

Then, categorize them in order of importance and focus them down one by one. You can take breaks, of course, so long as you don't go too off the rails.

Not that I wouldn't spend time to learn about it, it's just that it isn't something that may be as profitable in the short term as a traditional job. We get by yes and my parents kinda give me the freedom to do whatever I want but they always don't and maybe won't. And I don't want to be a burden to them and since I'm not and don't feel that much in the free to use their money, I want to earn my money to spend on whatever.
