Should I go back to the psych ward. Ever since I got home nothing seems familiar and all everyone does is ask how I’m feeling. The answer is I’m not feeling good and reality doesn’t seem real. At least in the psyche ward I had a break from reality. I can’t do anything because my body is all stiff and I am restless. My dad doesn’t want me to go back but I really hate my house right now it feels unfamiliar and everything stresses me out.

If reality doesn't seem real, that suggests you need more help. Obviously you shouldn't be aiming to stay in hospital forever, but it's entirely possible you've been released too soon. I think the person best placed to answer this question is you.

Even if you went back in they wouldn't let you stay. If you said "I will kill myself if I am dismissed." They would still dismiss you.
It's a temporary solution, taking a vacation doesn't mean you don't have to work anymore.
