> be me> 22yo 5 f**t tall 35kg> eating 1 meal takes me forever to finish> eating feels like a chore, id rather work all dayhow does one genuinely find joy in eating and gain weight?
>>35030589eating takes so long for me, i often take too much rice on my plate and realize it too late, so i end up finishing my meal on average around 2 hours instead of 1. (though my peers finish theirs under 30 mins) i also eat like 1-1.5 meals a day, 2 if im extra hungryI also eat in front of my computer, because eating at the living room means i might see my dad more oftenhow about you? what's everyone's usual eating routine that they end up finishing their food quickly and that they eat more often in a day?
>>35030587>how does one genuinely find joy in eating and gain weight?By eating things you like. If you're actually trying to gain weight, you want to favour things that have plenty of fat and carbohydrate. Cheese? Ice cream? Chocolate? Bread with lashings of jam (jelly), marmalade, or peanut butter? Roast pork belly strips? Roast lamb shoulder? Delicious, spicy Indian or Mexican dishes? Bacon? Sausages? Chips (fries)? Things deep fried in batter? Pizza? There has to be *something* you enjoy eating, surely?>>35030591>eating takes so long for me, i often take too much rice on my plate and realize it too lateSo don't have any rice at all. Just have whatever it is that's supposed to go with the rice. >I also eat in front of my computer, because eating at the living room means i might see my dad more oftenMaybe don't do that? If you have a place whose only purpose is eating (dining room or kitchen) then every time you go in there it will make you think about food and avoid distractions.
Try to do more physical action. I dunno how physically active u are but starting to work out made a huge difference to my appetite. Also liquid calories might be helpful, no chewing so it doesn't trigger the brains fullness meter as much and much easier to get a lot of calories in a shorter amount of time
