(English is not my first lenguage, so that's the reason if í write something wrong or it has no sense, sorry:( ) Anyways, i have been feeling really weird this last two weeks, like, i didn't even noticed anything bad on me, but a friend told me i was acting strange, and since then I tried to find what was wrong with me, i found out i was acting like really stupid, talking about things whit ni sense, trying to talk about something that i didn't understand at all like i knew everything or just talking whit ni sense (just like my english, lmao). But after this i didn't know what was the problem, like, i was doing great after that, but I slowly realized where this all started. In a short way, I'm feeling lonely, in a long way, I'm trying really hard to feel happy around the people that I apreciate, but I don't feel like they feel the same, my friends looked for other friends instead of staying whit me a lot of times, I told my boyfriend about this and he was caring and told me to search for him if I feel like this again, but clearly he isn't a god to be instantly here for me, but I'm still feeling frustraded about that, and now I can't stop feeling like people that is care about don't give a fuck about me, but I really don't want to feel this way, like, if they don't want to look for me, then fuck them, but it becomes harder every time this repeats, like, it's starting to affect my own body, I have a headache since morning and my eyes and lips feels like I had many flys bites(I didn't remember how to say that UnU). So I'm all ears if you have and advice of how to have a little bit of emotional freedom, or just not falling into depression. And thank you if you are really going to help me, everywhere I searched said I should tell someone about my situation, but is hard when the problem is feeling lonely, anyways, thanks again!

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to talk about it, but you shouldn't talk as if you know everything about it. If you want to talk about it, talk about it with a sense of respect, a sense of admiration, a sense of curiosity, and with acknowledgement that you could be wrong. Actually, everybody should be doing this for all topics. Even if you know a lot about something, there's always someone who knows more about it than you and who'd point out all the "flaws" of what you're talking about. And even if you say something stupid, own up to it cause literally everyone says something stupid and makes mistakes. Who cares if you're wrong, as long as you own up to it, nobody can put you down.>In a short way, I'm feeling lonely, in a long way, I'm trying really hard to feel happy around the people that I apreciate, but I don't feel like they feel the same, my friends looked for other friends instead of staying whit me a lot of times,Make new friends and find more people who respect you? You already seem to understand that not everybody can be there for you, which is very true, so just find more friends to have. Everyone has burdens to bear and it's nicer to have friends to help lift you up. On the other hand, everyone should learn how to be on their own. At the end of the day, the only person who'll always be there for you is yourself, so start relying on yourself. If you can't have dinner on your own, go on a walk on your own, have a day on your own, that's an issue. You should also consider whether or not you're just "in your head" right now and telling yourself your friends don't care about you when they actually do but just have lives outside of you.
>>35051480You seem to have a nice boyfriend, and you seem kind to not want to burden him. It's okay to vent to him, but also, why not just use him as a friend. You can either pull people down when you want them to help you up, or you can lift yourself up with them. Sometimes you can vent, sometimes why not just do fun bf/gf activities together? If you're always wallowing, you're never actually helping yourself. If you got someone smart to talk to in real life, talk to them about your problems and maybe they can give you more specific, dedicated advice
