An old friend of mine from highschool was accused, tried, and convicted of a crime he never actually commited.Essentially he got nailed for statutory rape. It never even happened. The mother of his 14 year year old girlfriend (my friend was 18) just didn't like my friend because my friend was fat. Her daughter was an emotionally manipulative and abusive slut. So, naturally, my friend got nailed anyway, basically because nobody likes fat guys. Later, probably in part due to his statutory rape record, when zome asshole borrowed his computer and downloaded a bunch of child porn, my friend got blamed.Even worse, the court had his computer destroyed, which destroyed the very evidence that would have exonerated him. Apparently being born a fat guy is a crime and nobody had any interest in him being provably innocent.They just wanted their witch hunt. He went to jail because of it all.Anyway...I feel bad for him and I'm aware of his situation, although I can't prove his innocence, I know him better than he even knows himself, so I know beyond any doubt that he got railroaded basically for being a fat guy.This is just the sick world we live in.My question is...How can I be of help to him?What would you do if a good friend or relative of yours had been fucked over by genetics and, as a result, fucked over by rhe world?How would you help them?From what I've read, his situation isn't common, but it does happen with how fucked our retarded legal system is.He's literally one of the nicest people I've ever known and what happened to him is completely unfair.I just want to be a decent friend.
