We still talk about you.

Yotes were more responsible for their demise than we were.

What crack are you smoking to make you think an animal native to the Americas ever had any bearing on one from Australia? If you mean dingos, they've been around Aus for thousands of years, so doubtful.
>>
imagine how many feral cats this little nigga could eat
>>
>>5132909
Well, I'd rather you didn't.

Anyone with a brain recognises that they’re grifters making big promises and delivering very little. They even tried to invent a new definition for species to justify calling their GMO wolves “dire wolves”

it took me a second to realize you weren't actually some faggot getting his panties in a twist lmfao

>The Thylacine, Tasmanian Devil and most other marsupial carnivores are from the order Dasyuromorphia
>Thylacoleo was from the order Diprodontia alongside kangaroos and wombats
Why was Dasyuromorphia never able to produce anything larger than the Thylacine?

If an Audi car factory took all the parts of a Ferrari and assembled it in the factory to spec, is it a Ferrari, or an Audi because of what factory it originated from. Double digit IQ people get this one wrong!
>>
Australian animals are so fucking goated. Literally the greatest animal kingdom on the planet it's so fucked we let the Tasmanian Tiger die out.
>>
>>5135735
i respectfully disagree. north america and europe have better animals. all the cool animals here are introduced species
>>
>>5135735
>>5135755
Africa has the coolest animals because they are the largest. Europe and America did have the coolest ones but those are extinct now
>>
>>5133020
I'd kill myself in solidarity if binturongs were to go extinct

Thylacines were already extinct on mainland Australia by the time Euros arrived, it was absolutely the introduction of dingos that did it.
>>
They are still alive on Papua New Guinea

They are still alive in Albania

That hypothesis has been contested as they co-existed for about a thousand years and hunted different prey
>>
>>5132909
I saw one of those on the bike trail yesterday
>>
>>5138590
Dogs/wolves aren't specialists, they're generalists. They'll eat whatever prey is convenient and gang up on any competition. There's a reason why wolves and big cats very rarely share any territory, and when they do it is big cats that tend to be on the losing side (no pack).
>>
>>5132909
As a kid I thought one day I would wake up and hear news that a living Thylacine was discovered.
I don't think I will ever hear it happen now

We had this aggressive dog at the kennels named Donald. He’d been there for years. Finally got adopted 4 months ago. He even got along with their children and other dogs - impossible. He was a changed dog. I just got an email that he passed away from internal bleeding. He got to spend the last 4 months in a home with a family instead of the kennels. Fucking rough though. Poor guy

They are retarded for not selling woolly mice.
>>
>>5133270
Because they didn't deliver on their promises? honestly i don't see why someone wouldn't at least have a slight dislike towards them

What did >>5133020 say before it was deleted?
Anyway, binturongs are great. I've fed grapes to a binturong on my lap. They really do smell just like popcorn. It would be nice if we had more pet binturongs in countries outside southeast Asia, but they're so weak to cold weather that they'd basically need to be indoor pets.
>>
>>5141566
>If they were still around, they'd be taken for granted, like most small carnivores and marsupials are. Most people don't know or care about civets and even Crash Bandicoot has given only a modest boost to his real life namesake.
