>buy birdbath>heatwave happens>need to refill birdbath multiple times a day because of heavy use and evaporation>buy second birdbath to alleviate obligations>now ferrying water to multiple birdbaths every chance I getI just wanted a nice garden feature, god forbid I install feeders
>>5137308You are a good man, OP
>>5137308The trick would be to have have like three bird baths that have spout that runs the overflow into the one below it then just turn on a hose.

Don't put it in direct sun. You can put it on the ground by some bush.
>>5137308i fill up 4 different trays for water with the hosea single redwinged blackbird asshole can empty one with his aggressive splashing so you definitely want multiples
>>5137332Do solar bird baths really work? I don't know much about solar power but a little pad seems weak to power a pump.
>>5137591they only work in direct sun. it probably works out to getting like 1 or 2 watts, which is still enough to squirt a little water
>>5137308why did they edit them in really poorly
>>5137695The birds couldn't make it on the photography day
>>5137308I had to buy a second bird bath as a big fat wood pigeon sits in the first one I got for hours at a time, after a lot of rain it's deep enough for him to float in. Then had to get a third bird bath as the starlings wouldn't share. (Pic not mine, just for illustrative purposes) Worth it though, it takes so little work to help the birdies out.
>>5137830Saw a pair of cheeky fucking city pigeons land in mine earlier, chased them off. Can't have them bringing down the neighborhood
>>5137695They didn't want people to think they didn't have two birds.
>>5137308We appreciate your service
>>5137308I find it faster to use a drinking water hose with a trigger attachment
Yeah I put out a large one and a small one and they don't want to use the large one, so the small one always ends up almost empty and dirty AF within hours, birds are literally made of AT LEAST half dirt.

>>5137308set up a drip feed, birds love it & there are many ways to do it
>>5137695They refused when they were called for a shooting.
>buy birdbath>have to change water multiple times a day because fat retard pigeon just shits in it
>>5140437I look like this and do this
I bought a large one and the birds (tits and blackbirds) don't want to use it, instead preferring a much smaller, slightly deeper bowl I had before. So now I got a second identical one. I keep them in the shade on grass, yet the water is so fucking dirty after a single day, it's like these fuckers are 50% dirt. Sometimes a young tit just sits in one making a constant racket while an adult keeps slaving away bringing food constantly.
>>5137308The best birdbath is buying an old broken jacuzzi, filling it with water and some plants, some fish, occasionally change some of the water
