if someones stray cat keeps coming to my house should I just keep it? i know whose it is but whenever they claim it back from us or the shelter its back outside roaming on the literal street within a day or two.its not even chipped, nor does it ever have a collar.ive seen too many dead cats on the highway and city streets to feel comfortable continuing to give this neglectful owner this cat back.
