I wrestle disparate animals for my line of work and horses are not that strong when they fight you. Deers are stronger but I think it comes from a place of trust. Horses don't think you're killing them on some level but the smaller deer does. Sheep are just candy floss and ash.
Are normal horses allowed this time though

Sad horse news from the next town over. There was a good man that took his horse around town and gave rides to people. Some city cop showed up and started hassling him even though he's been doing it for decades and it's a good thing. He left his horse alone for a minute with food and water and the prick cop stole it to kill the horse. He was understandably upset so he crashed into the police station because he had nothing to live for anymore and he died in suspicious circumstances in jail.
