Murrayglossus was the largest Monotreme to ever live and was killed off by the abos at the end of the last ice age.It probably would've behaved similarly from modern echidnas and might've been equivalent to giant anteaters or aardvarks in terms of its niche, but what I'd really want to see are how big its eggs were.
