It sounds weird to say but I find creatures like sponges, corals and clams to be strangely fascinating. It's just really interesting how they are classified as animals and are in the same animal kingdom as dogs, human etc. but the way they act and live is way closer to plants. They feel really alien compared to other beings on this planet in that regard.
