I just found out my brother had to mercy kill his bearded dragon because it was impacted beyond saving. Now I’m sad.

NTA but shitty husbandry. Impaction doesnt just happen, the beardie was probably subclinically ill for a while, kept too cold, and chronically dehydrated. can't digest anything that way.
