I think my cat is broken. He shows no interest in lunch meat OR cheese. I have never, in my decades of owning a cat, been able to make a sandwich without being molested until now. I find now that I miss it. He is a weird boy in general, super affectionate but almost never purrs, and he doesn't slow blink. Instead he just does this big performative yawn and tilts his head.

>>5157535Seconding the vet opinion from other anon. A huge amount of communicable disease in humans, maybe even most of them, start with “cold and flu like symptoms”. Starting with just that information can’t diagnostically take you anywhere and obviously it’s spreading fairly quickly. That doesn’t necessarily mean maximum-level severe but you should definitely get it checked out by a professional.
