Wild guess here but some kind of new branch of mammals that will carry tons of diseases but is mostly immune to them and it just existing in proximity to other mammals will extinct them and give it their territory.

i'm convinced by the hypothesis of bats thriving after we're gone. mega bats, flightless bats, etc. felines/felids will probably thrive as well, considering how adaptable they are and how they've BEEN thriving for millions of years. they'll more than likely be apex predators in most ecosystems

Probably highly derived mammal descendants.
Since it'll most likely have massive deserts like Pangea did, whatever thrives there will be highly desert adapted.
