My wife found a tiny one on the bouillon cubes last night as she was cooking dinner. It startled her a minute.

You too, huh. I always get worried when the temperature goes down and it gets cooler around the house.
I hope they found a good hiding spot to settle in for autumn.

They never make it through. Sad, a corner spider is always a bro that will never get up in your shit and mind his own business, just paying his rent by eating ze bugs.

Living in the south cures you of that complaint, because you get those big ass carolina wolf spiders that lurk in dead leaves near the door of your house and bolt for the warmth the minute the door opens. They're big spiders, move fast, and tend to go straight for you, so even the biggest toughest redneck will get startled by it and scream like a little bitch.
I like spiders, but when a baby tarantula is running at you I feel like that violates the NAP.
They're also big enough that you don't really want to squish one because its a gross mess to pick up.
