ANIMAL HEALERS NEEDEDThere's a goose at my apartment complex that looks injured. It kind of looks like there might be something wrong with the wing based on the way its splayed out, and the feathers look more than a little ruffled, they look a bit like unhealthy decay, possibly not being preened because of an injury in that area.I feel bad for Goose, as I see him often, and it doesn't seem to be progressing very well, and would like to intervene. So I'm seeking some advice on how I can approach the situation. If anyone is able to provide some cursory diagnostics on what the problem might be, that would be a helpful start. I'm also wondering if anyone knows of any potential resources that could provide assistance, that too would be appreciated. Like, if there are any animal rescue facilities that could provide medical help, I might be able to create some makeshift contraption to bring Goose in safely. I don't really have the funds to pay for pseudo-wild park geese medical procedures, but didn't know if there were organizations to help the strays along the ways. I'm in Denver Colorado btw.

>>5163331You'll have to try to search for Denver based wildlife or bird rescue organizations.
>>5163331That's called angel wing. It's caused mostly by people feeding them bread and such when they're babies. It's a permanent deformity most of them cannot migrate it is not passed down genetically. As far as I know it doesn't cause them pain they just have be fed and sheltered through winter.
>>5163331Why do you careThere's 100 quintillion goose on this planet already
Indians in my neighborhood feed the wild ducks and geese. I want them all arrested and deported.
