a) dog breeding is barely regulated at all (there are permits you need if you are breeding dogs and technically it would be considered a kennel, but oops litters make the majority of pitbulls)b) culture of thinking every dog can be rehabilitated, there are fucking maltese whose breed history is nothing but being living plush toys their entire lives, but through bad genes/breeding they can have huge reactivity/aggression issues their whole lives.imagine how much worse this is for breeds that were bred to be gamey and randomly attack without letting go even if they get their heads split openc) bully breeds originate in the anglosphere and their violent nature is what attracts a lot of low class peopled) shelters pushing pitbulls on suburban households that don't know any better
is that a xxl bully? cannot tell that well due to how the picture was shot but those are banned in the UK for that exact reason, too much kiddies being bitten, that or brits just dont like your dog having teeth that pierce flesh incase you turn the teeth into a knife or baka.i dont know on other similar breeds, i hope they make it so that those dogs with those really small legs that also get major health issues that are a pain in the arse at the vet and hurts the dog a lot are banned or restricted personaly.
