>vet wants another 5k for surgery

Idk. Do i put him down at this point. Hes actually kind of suicidal and surgery is just a quick fix to his real problem. If he somehow recovers he will have to wear a muzzle 24/7. Is that even worth it? Part of me thinks he had his chance and he blew it
