Why was their recovery bette than other whales?

I feel like they’re a really good midrange whale in that they eat fish, krill, anything, and aren’t that big but are still huge, and can fight orcas with their huge pectoral whips and are the most generalist out of the baleen whales. Other whales are too niche like Blue. Miss one plankton bloom or have their one calf they have every 5 years eaten they’re fucked.
>tl;dr humpbacks are the most capable of the big whales living along side humans and exploiting dwindling resources
My take anyway.
