implications?
>>5172533None because it didn’t happen. These claims have been circulating for years. The closest they have actually found are dregs of proteins preserved by iron or other minerals, there are no cells or DNA or whatever
>>5172533red blood cells have no nucleus, so no DNA. Also with the way fossilization works I'm pretty sure you can't preserve DNA at the molecular level like that anyway so even if they had fossilized white blood cells it'd just be a grit of limestone or whatever in the shape of a leukocyte with no usable information in it.
>>5172544oh...>>5172577Can't you see genes from blood tests?
>>5172771Blood plasma contains cfDNA.
>>5172780Yeah, PLASMA, not blood cells. And it's because plasma is just a transportation fluid. It's like saying urine contains your DNA, because of course it does.
>>5172782Yes I was implicitly agreeing with you. Red blood cell doesn't mean we get to clone a dinosaur.
What does it taste like?
>>5172792like a strawberry sweet roll
>>5172533nothing, half life of dna is isnt that long, even on its most generous scale it wouldve gone through 700 cycles, in which literally zero dna wouldve been left
