In my old house I had a window next to my bed. One evening I suddenly got a sense of dread and felt something watching me, and my cat that was laying on me looked towards the window, pulled her ears back and hissed, and jumped off the bed and ran out of the room. I don't think it was an animal, so either a human or something else.

This one time I was on a walk late at night and I really had to take a piss but I couldn't just do it on the sidewalk so I went into someone's yard. Anyway I heard these noises like something falling on the floor from inside one of the windows. I got spooked and about shat myself right there and ran out with my pants down and still pissing. Not my proudest moment.In retrospect, it was probably just some guy banging on the window but in the moment I could've sworn it was a ghost or some predator about to kill me with how fast I ran.
