For Twitch or Livestreamers, they look at the engagement stats like subs and dono/bits more than the viewer count. Thats why brands stopped going to the Kardashian and Jenner sisters because they know that large followers list doesn't mean shit because a small percentage of that actually engaged with the products they endorsed.
