My mentally handicapped friend killed my cousin 16 years ago after she stopped her car to give him a lift home. He sent me a video on his phone of what he had done and these are a couple of stills of said video. I don't know why I kept these pictures I find them very disturbing. I know it's shocking but I think sharing this might help me get over it at last. She was 37, her name was Anne and she was a very dedicated mom of two. rip. I have forgiven him for doing it. He didn't have a full understanding of what he was doing. He shouldn't have been allowed to wander free I truly feel that it was not his fault and that he and Anne were failed by the system.
